How KingPlay handles browsing, account and contact data.

Data and purposes
Visiting the site involves technical information needed to deliver and protect the service, including requests and server logs. If you create an account, we process your email address, public username, declaration that you are an adult, and information needed for sign-in and account recovery. Signed-in favourites are saved until removed or until account deletion. The accepted terms version and date are stored privately. No games or rewards are active in this version.
Legal bases
Delivering the site and managing accounts are necessary to provide the service you request. Security and abuse prevention rely on our legitimate interests. Applicable legal obligations rely on law. Any optional tracking that requires consent would be subject to your prior choice.
Recipients
Data access is restricted to the publisher and service providers needed for hosting and authentication: Google Cloud and Supabase. Your email provider is involved if you write to us. We do not sell player data or identities to advertisers. Partners do not receive your identity in this preview.
Retention
Account data is kept while the account is active and then deleted or retained only as necessary for applicable obligations and security. Technical logs are retained according to the hosting security and operating settings. Messages are kept while your request is handled and archived only when an obligation or dispute justifies this. Precise operating periods must be set before the full account service launches.
Local storage and cookies
The site remembers your language preference in the browser. Authentication may store information required for your session. The current site source does not integrate audience measurement or advertising tools. If this changes, this page and, where required, the consent flow will be updated before activation.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data and object to certain processing, subject to applicable conditions. Write to privacy@kingplay.fr. You may also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Changes
This policy describes the currently available service. Any new feature involving additional personal data will be accompanied by an updated notice before activation.
Saved favourites and update reminders
Signed-in favourites are stored until removed or until account deletion. The accepted terms version and its date are stored privately. If you enable update reminders, the preference and last viewed version stay in this browser for 180 days. Uncheck the reminder to erase it. The PWA stores an offline page and icon on your device; it does not cache account, administration or API responses.
